Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Manager of Consulting Services for Data Migration (Oracle Health) to lead a team of project managers delivering complex data migration engagements for Federal and Commercial clients. The role encompasses planning, design, build, validation, cutover and post-go-live support, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence and quality.

You will guide engagement leaders, manage risks, and coordinate with clinical, technical, and customer stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience leading delivery teams, consulting, data migration or similar.
• 2 years' experience in multi-dimensional issue resolution.
• A BS or BA in related fields.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-starter capable of independently handling tasks and projects.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Must embrace change and have a proven track record of successful process redesign.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of project managers responsible for managing customer expectations, minimizing risk, and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
• Provide oversight to project teams designing and implementing data migration solutions.
• Provide effective situational leadership for escalations, operational issues, delivery risks, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Oversee data migration activities across projects, including planning, extraction, transformation, validation, cutover support, and post-live stabilization.
• Drive alignment across engagement leaders, project managers, client stakeholders, and internal Oracle Health teams for delivery planning and risk management.
• Liaise with and support collaboration across teams within Oracle Health and Federal Consulting.
• Lead cross-functional program management initiatives coordinating across teams to drive alignment and execution.
• Coach, develop and support team members through performance feedback and development planning.
