Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Manager, Consulting Services – Data Migration for Oracle Health (EHR Millennium) to lead a team of project managers delivering complex data migration engagements for Federal and Commercial clients. You will oversee planning, solution design, build, validation, cutover, and post-go-live support with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

You will guide strong engagement leadership, manage risks, and ensure alignment across technical, clinical, and customer stakeholders

Qualifications

• Lead delivery teams and manage client expectations.
• Experience in data migration, data architecture, or similar roles.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
• Proactive risk management and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of project managers delivering data migration programs.
• Provide governance across the full migration lifecycle from planning to post-go-live support.
• Ensure on-time delivery within budget and contractual commitments.
• Mentor and coach engagement leaders for quality and performance.
• Coordinate with technical, clinical, and customer stakeholders for alignment.
• Foster collaboration across Oracle Health and Federal Consulting teams.
