Job summary

Oracle Health is seeking a Manager, Consulting Services – Data Migration to lead a team of project managers delivering complex data migration engagements for Federal and Commercial clients. You will guide planning, design, build, validation, cutover, and post-go-live support, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and contract commitments.

Qualifications

• 5 -10 years of experience leading delivery teams or similar
• 2 years' experience in multi-dimensional issue resolution
• Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint required
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects
• Self-starter capable of handling tasks independently
• Strong presentation skills
• Able to adapt to change and redesign processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of project managers to meet client expectations and quality standards
• Oversee design and implementation of data migration solutions meeting business, technical, and security requirements
• Provide leadership for escalations, risks, and cross-functional dependencies
• Manage data migration activities across projects, including planning, extraction, transformation, validation, cutover and post-live support
• Coordinate with engagement leaders, project managers, clients, architects and engineers for delivery planning and risk management
• Build relationships across Oracle Health and Federal Consulting teams to support delivery
• Lead cross-functional program management initiatives across teams
• Coach and develop team members with performance feedback and career development guidance
