Job summary

Ll Oefentherapie seeks a Manager, Consulting Services - Data Migration to lead a team delivering Oracle Health EHR data migration engagements for Federal and Commercial clients. You will drive planning, design, build, validation, cutover, and post‑live support with a focus on quality and timely delivery.

You will partner with technical, clinical, and client stakeholders, guiding engagement leaders to manage risk, expectations, and successful outcomes across complex programs.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience leading delivery teams or consulting in data migration or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of project managers overseeing data migration engagements.
• Provide strategic direction, governance, and risk management across the migration lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross‑functional activities to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Mentor and develop engagement leaders, manage escalations, and communicate with stakeholders.
