Job summary

Oracle Health is seeking a Manager, Consulting Services – Data Migration to lead a team of project managers delivering complex EHR data migration engagements for Federal and Commercial clients.

You will guide strategic direction, governance, and the full migration lifecycle, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining quality and client satisfaction. Travel as needed is expected.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years leading delivery teams.
• Experience in data migration or data architecture.
• BS/BA in related field.
• Strong multi-project management.
• Proven presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of project managers delivering data migration engagements.
• Provide oversight to teams designing data migration solutions meeting requirements.
• Offer effective leadership for escalations, risks, and dependencies.
• Oversee data migration activities across projects, including planning, extraction, transformation, validation, cutover, post-live support.
• Drive alignment across engagement leaders, PMs, clients, architects, engineers, and Oracle Health teams.
• Coordinate collaboration across teams within Oracle Health and Federal Consulting.
• Coach and develop team members with performance feedback and development plans.
