Oracle Health is seeking a Manager, Consulting Services - Data Migration to lead a team of project managers delivering Oracle Health EHR data migration engagements for Federal and Commercial clients. The role emphasizes strategic direction, governance, and end-to-end lifecycle management from planning to post-go-live support.

You will coach leaders, manage risks, ensure on-time delivery within budget, and collaborate with technical, clinical, and client stakeholders to achieve quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years leading delivery teams or data migration projects.
• 2 years multi-dimensional issue resolution.
• A BS or BA in related fields.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-starter capable of independently handling tasks and projects.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
• Strong presentation skills required.
• Must embrace change and have a proven track record of successful process redesign.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of project managers to meet quality and budget.
• Oversee data migration design, build, validation, cutover and post-live support.
• Provide risk management and escalation handling.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Oracle Health and Federal Consulting.
• Coach and develop team members with performance feedback.
