Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science or related quantitative field.
• 4+ years in data engineering, data management, or analytics engineering in high-volume environments.
• Proven data QA ownership and taxonomy governance experience.
• Ability to design, adhere and execute a QA process.
• Strong data visualization skills (Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with multi-source, multi-channel data across the media/marketing ecosystem.
• Autonomous work style with limited management oversight.
• Strong client-facing communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own data quality, QA processes, and taxonomy governance across all Hilton measurement and reporting workstreams. Maintain QA standards.
• Transition recurring reports to a dashboard-first environment (Power BI).
• Manage and integrate multi-source, multi-channel data into clean, reliable datasets.
• Partner cross-functionally with measurement, analytics, and account teams to align data infrastructure with plans.
• Serve as the trusted data lead in client interactions, setting realistic expectations.
