Job summary

Dentsu’s Carat team in the USA is seeking a Senior Associate, Media Effectiveness to support analytics and data operations, focusing on data quality, reporting, and pipeline management. The role involves data gathering for weekly attribution and MMM inputs, delivering weekly/monthly insights, QA across media channels, and preparing client‑facing visualizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science or related quantitative field.
• 1+ years of analytics, data operations, or media reporting experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong data QA skills and ability to identify discrepancies across sources.
• Experience with Looker, Tableau or Power BI for dashboards.
• Hands-on SQL exposure is a plus.
• Strong communication; client-facing exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather and prepare data for weekly attribution and quarterly MMM inputs, coordinating with media and strategy teams.
• Weekly, monthly and quarterly insights reporting on a channel and tactic level.
• Populate and QA weekly reports, ensuring accuracy and consistency across deliverables.
• Provide data compilation and visualization for client deliverables.
• QA and maintain taxonomy standards across media channels to ensure consistency and accuracy of reporting.
• Maintain high standards of data accuracy and integrity across all deliverables.
• Collaborate with onshore analytics and media teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of reporting and insights.
• Proactively flag data anomalies, pipeline issues, or reporting gaps.
• Support process documentation and contribute to workflow improvements.
