Job summary

Dentsu is seeking a senior data leader to own the end-to-end data experience for a dedicated client team. You will design and run Databricks load-and-transform pipelines, build governance-driven Power BI dashboards, and deliver through Dentsu Connect using Data Refinery and Taxonomy Monitor & Manager.

Lead cross-channel data integration, automate pipelines, and push AI into the product with LLM-assisted QA and analytics. Strong media fluency and leadership required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years across analytics, data engineering, and media data with leadership.
• Deep media fluency and cross-channel data integration.
• Hands-on crosswalks between ad server and DSP; dedup across channels.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end data experience as the single-threaded data leader on the client team.
• Design and run LT pipelines on Databricks to land media data in a clean structure.
• Lead dashboard build in Power BI using governed data products.
• Deliver through Dentsu Connect, using Data Refinery and Taxonomy Monitor & Manager.
• Manage cross-channel data connections and reconcile delivery across sources.
• Automate pipelines, monitoring, and alerting; reduce recurring manual work.
• Push AI into the product with LLM capabilities for QA and insights.
• Recruit, develop, and lead onshore and offshore engineers and BI developers.
