Job summary

Dentsu seeks a Manager, Data Management to own the data foundation powering measurement and reporting for the Hilton account. This high-trust role requires a technically strong leader who can operate independently, manage multi-source data, and maintain data accuracy through QA processes.

You will transition reports to a dashboard-first environment (Power BI), integrate data across channels, and collaborate with measurement, analytics, and account teams to align data infrastructure with plans

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, economics, data science, or related field.
• 4-6+ years in data engineering, data management, or analytics engineering.
• Ownership of data QA and taxonomy governance.
• High proficiency in data visualization tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with multi-source, multi-channel data in the media/marketing ecosystem.
• Ability to work autonomously with large datasets.
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to manage expectations.
• Experience in MMM data workstreams.
• Maintain and troubleshoot connectors for ingestion of data into dashboards.
• Experience integrating disparate data sources into a single dashboard.
• Developing and managing API endpoints.

Responsibilities

• Own data quality, QA processes, and taxonomy governance across all Hilton measurement and reporting workstreams.
• Transition recurring reports into a dashboard-first environment (Power BI).
• Manage and integrate multi-source, multi-channel data into clean datasets.
• Partner cross-functionally with measurement, analytics, and account teams.
• Serve as the trusted data lead in client interactions and set realistic expectations.
