Job summary

Dentsu seeks an experienced Analytics Manager to design, implement, and operationalize advanced analytics and ML models for client delivery. You will lead cross‑functional teams, build data pipelines in Python and SQL, and create actionable dashboards for leadership reviews.

The role emphasizes hands‑on execution, collaboration with onsite and offshore teams, and development of GenAI‑driven workflows within a retail/CPG context.

Qualifications

• Requires 6–8 years of experience in advanced analytics, data science, ML, or related field with hands‑on production models.
• Strong client-facing delivery and ability to translate requirements into analytical solutions.
• Hands-on ownership of projects from data to deployment and governance.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into analytical objectives and measurable KPIs.
• Build ML models, attribution and conversion analytics for multiple teams.
• Design and implement LLM/GenAI‑based solutions and vector search workflows.
• Develop data pipelines and dashboards using SQL, Python, Tableau.
• Collaborate with onsite/offshore teams and mentor junior members.
