Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience.
• 5+ years of people-management experience.
• Experience leading strategy for technically complex products with data/platform components.
• Demonstrated ability to define product and operational metrics and use data to drive decisions.
• Experience partnering with engineering, data, design, operations, and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Define a multi-year product vision and strategy for Provider Data Management.
• Own the product portfolio across ingestion, reconciliation, pipeline, credentialing, and downstream distribution.
• Establish outcomes for data accuracy, time-to-readiness, and operational efficiency.
• Define data governance, ownership, quality, lineage, and controls.
• Lead and develop a team of Product Managers and establish product practices.
