Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 4+ years of experience; real estate/investment mgmt preferred.
• Experience with SQL databases and data integration.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience with AI tools and Python preferred.
• Flexible with global project meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate data integration projects in an Agile environment.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee the receipt, interpretation, and transformation of data using our toolsets.
• Ensure accurate delivery of data to systems and consumers.
• Provide end-user support for data services and resolve incidents.
• Onboard new data sources with SMEs.
• Prepare training materials for end users and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and report to Product Team Lead.
• Oversee workload planning and training for high performance.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation in reporting.
