Responsibilities

• Coach and develop the data conversion engineers and specialists.
• Own client relationships and serve as escalation point.
• Define scope, schedules, staffing, and acceptance criteria.
• Review approaches for scalability, security, and quality.
• Coordinate rehearsals, cutover planning, migration, and post-launch verification.
• Monitor metrics such as accuracy and on-time delivery.
