Career Team in Denver is seeking a Manager, Data Migration & Integrations to lead data conversions and system integrations, guiding a team and managing client relationships through discovery, planning, launch and post-launch support.

You will translate business requirements into data mappings, oversee delivery quality, and escalate concerns while aligning technical strategy with client needs and platform standards.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in data migration, data integration, ETL, software implementation, or technical delivery.
• Two+ years leading technical teams, projects, or programs.
• Proven ability to lead people, establish accountability, and develop high-performing teams.
• Experience owning client relationships during complex technical implementations or enterprise migrations.
• Confidence presenting project updates, risks, recommendations, and technical concepts to client leaders and executive stakeholders.
• Experience managing escalations and coordinating cross-functional responses to restore client confidence.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of data conversion engineers, integration specialists, and other technical contributors.
• Establish priorities, accountability, and delivery expectations across the conversion team.
• Own multiple client conversion and integration projects from discovery through production launch and post-launch support.
• Serve as a trusted delivery partner and primary escalation point for client stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by communicating clearly and following through on commitments.
• Lead recurring client meetings, conversion-readiness reviews, executive updates, and technical discussions.
• Present project status, milestones, risks, decisions, and recommendations to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Establish project scope, delivery schedules, staffing plans, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
• Translate business requirements into data mappings, transformation rules, validation plans, and technical work items.
• Guide design of ingestion and conversion solutions involving databases, APIs, JSON, XML, CSV files, documents, OCR, etc.
• Review technical approaches for accuracy, scalability, security, and maintainability.
