Job summary

CBRE is seeking an Application Development Manager to oversee a team responsible for designing and developing databases, information systems, and software applications. The role focuses on delivering client solutions, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring data governance across the department.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and 3–5 years in staffing, development, and leadership roles, with strong Microsoft Office skills and advanced math

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.
• Advanced math skills, ability to calculate percentages, fractions, and other financial calculations.
• Strong leadership to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees: training, performance evaluations, coaching, recruitment oversight.
• Coordinate and manage daily team activities, set schedules, cross-train staff and monitor deadlines.
• Enable use of technology and data to deliver client solutions and drive efficiency.
• Assist with change deployment and drive product adoption to maximize user benefit.
• Collaborate with business partners on strategic initiatives and enforce data governance.
