Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to help clients improve data and processes by gathering, interpreting, and defining data. You will review data to support improved effectiveness and predictions for business intelligence in a Data Science & Analytics function.

You’ll generate cross-source reports, validate information for stakeholders, and build data collection and display apps while following an agile approach and aligning with CBRE RISE values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Understanding of the project lifecycle with a focus on collecting business requirements and UAT.
• Ability to lead meetings and present key findings to stakeholders.
• Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Looker Studio or similar.

Responsibilities

• Generate reports using data from multiple sources to understand trends.
• Review the accuracy of information and respond to stakeholder requests.
• Build applications used to collect and display data for customers.
• Identify opportunities for improvements among clients and the company.
• Coordinate with personnel from other departments and IT to facilitate projects.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values.
• Work independently and in teams as needed.
• Follow an agile framework to plan and communicate work.
• Become a subject matter expert on commercial real estate topics.
