DoorDash seeks a Data Insights and Tooling Enablement Program Lead to leverage data and optimize our TA tech stack, delivering actionable insights and improving recruiter effectiveness globally. In 90 days, audit data sources, identify pain points, and define reporting needs with stakeholders.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Recruitment Strategy and Operations, you will drive data-driven decisions, tool optimization, and training to enhance recruiting outcomes across locations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, BI, or tooling enablement, ideally within talent acquisition or HR operations.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and influence decision-making.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust data solutions to provide insights into TA performance, trends, and opportunities.
• Partner with People Analytics and IT to integrate data sources for dashboards and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to optimize TA tooling to meet business needs and boost recruiter productivity.
• Lead evaluation, implementation, and adoption of new TA technologies to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
• Develop training programs and resources to empower recruiters to leverage data insights and tools.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of recruiting metrics to identify root causes and suggest adjustments.
• Support data governance to ensure data integrity, privacy, and compliance.
