Job summary

Hitachi Vantara is seeking an energetic Account Executive in the Los Angeles area with 5+ years of outside sales experience in data center technologies to build relationships with customers and partners. You will drive new business through a targeted hunt and collaborate across teams to win complex deals.

You will develop geographic go-to-market plans with VARs, pursue high-value opportunities, and articulate Hitachi differentiators to customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience in infrastructure data center technologies.
• Proven track record of new logo acquisition and quota attainment.
• Strong hunter mindset with ability to engage decision-makers and influencers.
• Experience collaborating with VARs and integrators.
• Proficient in Salesforce and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and build a 10X pipeline within territory.
• Manage and report sales pipeline in SFDC.
• Collaborate with other sellers to resolve complex issues.
• Territory planning and sales support as needed.
• Educate self on Digital Infrastructure differentiators for customers and Partners.
