Innova Solutions is seeking a Data Governance/Reporting Analyst for a contract role in Charlotte, NC (and Addison, TX). The job focuses on governance reporting, data quality, dashboards, and leadership-ready metrics.

Strong Excel and SQL with Oracle experience are required, along with familiarity with Agile practices and Jira. The role offers pay in the $65–70/hour range and benefits such as health coverage, 401(k), and disability protection.

Qualifications

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with pivot tables, complex formulas, lookups, reconciliation, trend analysis and executive reporting.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret large datasets, identify insights, and communicate to leadership.
• Experience developing governance reporting, operational metrics, scorecards, dashboards and performance measurements.
• Hands-on SQL experience with Oracle databases, including joins, window functions, CTEs, and performance-conscious queries.
• Experience validating and reconciling data across sources for completeness, accuracy and consistency.
• Knowledge of governance, risk management, controls, audit support, or process oversight in large enterprises.
• Strong understanding of process management: documentation, compliance monitoring, issue tracking and remediation.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery and Jira for governance reporting.
