Job summary

Experis Technology Group seeks a Technology Governance Analyst to support governance and enterprise-wide initiatives in the Charlotte, NC and Addison, TX onsite environment.

You will analyze metrics, transform data into executive-ready dashboards, and develop advanced Excel reporting to identify risks and drive remediation, partnering with data and technology teams to ensure timely resolution of governance findings.

Qualifications

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with pivot tables, lookups, reconciliation, trend analysis, and executive reporting.
• Hands-on SQL experience with Oracle databases including joins, window functions, CTEs, and optimized queries.
• Experience in governance, risk management, controls, audit support, or process oversight in a large enterprise.
• Experience developing governance reporting, operational metrics, scorecards, dashboards, and performance measures.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational, adoption, and governance metrics to identify trends, risks, and control gaps.
• Transform large data volumes into meaningful reporting, dashboards, and executive insights for decision-making.
• Develop advanced Excel-based reporting solutions including pivot tables, lookups, and trend analysis.
• Establish repeatable governance controls, data quality assessments, and exception management processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data teams, and technology partners to resolve data discrepancies.
