Job summary

Innova Solutions seeks a Sr. Data Analytics Engineer in Charlotte, NC for an 18-month contract. The role is hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) with a strong focus on dashboards, data integration, and analytics leadership.

You will partner with stakeholders to deliver executive-ready dashboards and scalable data workflows, leveraging Power BI, SQL, and APIs to turn data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Experience in database engineering, BI, or related fields.
• Proficiency with Power BI and enterprise dashboards.
• Strong SQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT, and data integration (APIs, JSON/XML, webhooks, JDBC/ODBC).
• Experience with Jira and data storytelling for executives.
• Ability to synthesize complex datasets into clear narratives.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult on moderately complex database engineering and analytics initiatives.
• Assist in large-scale planning, resolving technical challenges, and data workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders on dashboards and data integration.
