Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking a Senior Power BI & GCP Data Analytics Consultant in Charlotte, NC (Hybrid). You will design enterprise-grade dashboards, build scalable BigQuery data pipelines, and implement KPI-driven reporting for senior leaders.

Ideal candidates have hands-on Power BI, GCP/BigQuery expertise, strong SQL and data modeling skills, and experience in enterprise reporting. This 6+ month contract on a W2 basis offers competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Power BI development experience.
• GCP experience, including BigQuery.
• Strong expertise in Power BI, DAX, Power Query (M), SQL, data modeling, and ETL/ELT.
• Experience building executive dashboards and enterprise reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and executive reports.
• Build complex data models, KPIs, DAX measures, and Power Query transformations.
• Develop scalable GCP/BigQuery data ingestion and ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Integrate data from enterprise applications, APIs, and operational systems.
• Establish KPI frameworks covering productivity, quality, throughput, cycle time, SLAs, and operational risk.
• Develop SPC/control-chart reporting, trend analysis, and performance monitoring.
• Support HITL, AI Operations, automation, process intelligence, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Perform data quality, reconciliation, forecasting, and root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, data engineers, product owners, and senior leadership.
• Participate in Agile delivery and provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer.
