Job summary

MassGenics, Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst to support enterprise data enablement and governance in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on gathering requirements, analyzing data, and delivering scalable data solutions with MSSQL, Alteryx, and SSMS expertise.

Hybrid onsite/remote work is available. The ideal candidate will translate business needs into technical specifications, perform data profiling and cleansing, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data quality and reporting accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience with MSSQL, including query development, optimization, and data analysis.
• Hands-on experience using Alteryx and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).
• Knowledge of data profiling, data validation, data cleansing, and transformation techniques.
• Experience defining data sourcing requirements, transformation logic, and database specifications.
• Understanding of metadata management, data lineage, and data governance practices.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and resolve data quality issues.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications and data solutions.
• Experience supporting data modelling and logical data design activities.

Responsibilities

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Data Analyst.

Position type: Full-time, Contract (W2)

Duration: 12 Months Contract w/ extension.

Location: Charlotte, NC – 3 days onsite/ 2 day remote

Overview: Client is seeking a Data Analyst to support enterprise data enablement and data management initiatives. This role will focus on gathering business requirements, analysing data, developing data relationship designs, supporting data quality efforts, and producing documentation that enables effective data governance and decision-making. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable and reusable data solutions.

As a Data Analyst, you will:

Day to Day Responsibilities:

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis. 1099 contractors and Corp-to-Corp arrangements will not be considered for this position.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $45- $50 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
