Innova Solutions is seeking a Reporting & Analytics Manager for a contract role in Charlotte, NC. The position is hybrid (3 days onsite) with a 12-month duration, leading a global reporting team and ensuring data accuracy, governance, and regulatory compliance.

Advanced Tableau and Alteryx expertise are required, along with strong SQL and data modelling skills. The role will drive the reporting roadmap and provide insights to senior leadership while ensuring data quality and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Alteryx for data preparation, transformation, automation, and repeatable reporting.
• Advanced Tableau development with complex calculations, data blending, performance optimization, and executive-ready visuals.
• Strong SQL skills, ability to write complex queries and validate data quality.
• Understanding of data modelling, relational databases, and data pipelines.
• Experience leading reporting programs and ensuring governance and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Direct the reporting strategy and oversee a global analytics team.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of regulatory, operational, and product reporting.
• Own the reporting roadmap and align with enterprise data standards and governance.
• Gather requirements and prioritise reporting needs with Operations, Technology, Product, and Finance.
• Present insights to senior leadership with clear data storytelling.
