Job summary

Experis Technology Group seeks a Technology Governance Analyst to support governance and enterprise-wide initiatives in the Charlotte, NC and Addison, TX onsite environment.

You will analyze metrics, transform data into executive-ready dashboards, and develop advanced Excel reporting to identify risks and drive remediation, partnering with data and technology teams to ensure timely resolution of governance findings.

Qualifications

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with pivot tables, lookups, reconciliation, trend analysis, and executive reporting.
• Hands-on SQL experience with Oracle databases including joins, window functions, CTEs, and optimized queries.
• Experience in governance, risk management, controls, audit support, or process oversight in a large enterprise.
• Experience developing governance reporting, operational metrics, scorecards, dashboards, and performance measures.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational, adoption, and governance metrics to identify trends, risks, and control gaps.
• Transform large data volumes into meaningful reporting, dashboards, and executive insights for decision-making.

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Technology Governance Analyst (NC/TX) to join their team. As a Technology Governance Analyst (NC/TX), you will be part of the Governance and Compliance department supporting enterprise-wide initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Technology Governance Analyst (NC/TX)

Location: Charlotte, NC/Addison, TX (Onsite Required)

Pay Range: $65 - $70/hr on W2
