Innova Solutions is hiring an Engineer - Data Analytics and Reporting in Charlotte, NC for a 19-month contract. This role focuses on data analytics, BI reporting, and database engineering across complex initiatives. The candidate will work on SQL, data modeling, ETL, and AI-enabled analytics to deliver actionable insights.

The position is open to W-2 engagement only. Salary ranges are $58–$65 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and a strong emphasis on compliant, scalable data solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI or Tableau on large datasets.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
• Experience in data engineering and business intelligence analytics.

Responsibilities

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Database Engineering.
• Review and analyze complex multi-faceted larger scale database engineering challenges requiring in-depth evaluation.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex situations meeting policies, procedures and compliance while delivering results.
