Job summary

ProMach is seeking a Data Steward to ensure quality, consistency, and governance of enterprise data assets. This role bridges business and technical teams by defining data standards, validating data accuracy, maintaining business metadata, and supporting data governance initiatives.

You will collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and process owners to keep data reliable and well-documented, enabling trusted reporting and informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, business systems, master data management, or related discipline.
• Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Dynamics, SyteLine, Oracle, or similar enterprise systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Basic SQL knowledge and understanding of relational databases.
• Familiarity with data governance principles and frameworks.
• Experience documenting business processes and data definitions.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing data quality assessments to identify inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and missing information.
• Validate data across reports, dashboards, databases, and source systems.
• Monitor data quality metrics and recommend corrective actions.
• Reconcile data between ERP, CRM, data warehouse, and other enterprise systems.
• Assist in executing periodic data audits and validation exercises.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to support development, documentation, and enforcement of enterprise data governance policies.
