Job summary

ProMach seeks a Data Steward to ensure the quality, consistency, and governance of enterprise data assets. You will bridge business and technical teams, define data standards, validate data accuracy, and support governance initiatives across ERP, CRM, and data warehouse systems.

Responsibilities include data quality assessments, audits, and collaboration with stakeholders to enforce data governance policies, ensuring reliable, well-documented data aligned with business requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, business systems, master data management, or a related discipline.
• Experience working with business data and reporting processes.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Dynamics, SyteLine, Oracle, or similar enterprise systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with data governance principles and frameworks.
• Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Basic SQL knowledge and understanding of relational databases.
• Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts.
• Experience documenting business processes and data definitions.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing data quality assessments to identify inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and missing information.
• Validate data across reports, dashboards, databases, and source systems.
• Monitor data quality metrics and recommend corrective actions.
• Reconcile data between ERP, CRM, data warehouse, and other enterprise systems.
• Assist in executing periodic data audits and validation exercises.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to support the development, documentation, and enforcement of enterprise data governance policies.
