ProMach is seeking a Data Steward to ensure quality, consistency, and governance of enterprise data assets. You will bridge business and technical teams by defining data standards, validating data accuracy, and maintaining metadata to support governance initiatives.

You will work with process owners, data engineers, analysts, and application teams to ensure reliable, well-documented data aligned with business needs. The role emphasizes data lineage, KPIs, and defensible reporting.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2–5 years in data analysis, reporting, master data management, or related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Dynamics, Oracle, or similar in a manufacturing environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Mansioni

• Perform ongoing data quality assessments to identify inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and missing information.
• Validate data across reports, dashboards, databases, and source systems.
• Monitor data quality metrics and recommend corrective actions.
• Reconcile data between ERP, CRM, data warehouse, and other enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to support governance policies.
• Document data lineage, ownership, definitions, and usage guidelines.
• Maintain documentation for enterprise KPIs, metrics, and reporting calculations.
