Job summary

ProMach is seeking a Data Steward to ensure the quality, consistency, and governance of enterprise data assets. You will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams by defining data standards, validating data accuracy, and supporting governance initiatives.

You will collaborate with process owners, data engineers, analysts, and application teams to maintain well-documented, reliable data that aligns with business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, data analytics, finance, supply chain, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or master data management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Dynamics, SyteLine, Oracle, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing data quality assessments to identify inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and missing information.
• Validate data across reports, dashboards, databases, and source systems.
• Monitor data quality metrics and recommend corrective actions.
• Reconcile data between ERP, CRM, data warehouse, and other enterprise systems.
• Assist in executing periodic data audits and validation exercises.
• Document data lineage, ownership, definitions, and usage guidelines.
