Job summary

ProMach is seeking a Data Steward to ensure quality, consistency, and governance of enterprise data assets. You will bridge business and technical teams, define standards, validate accuracy, maintain metadata, and support governance initiatives.

You will work with data engineers, analysts, and application teams to ensure reliable, well-documented data aligned with business needs and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a business/IS/data field.
• 2–5 years of data analysis, reporting, or master data management experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Dynamics, or Oracle in manufacturing.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and solid communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing data quality assessments and identify inaccuracies.
• Validate data across reports, dashboards, and source systems.
• Monitor data quality metrics and recommend corrective actions.
• Reconcile data between ERP, CRM, and data warehouse.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enforce data governance policies.
• Document data lineage, ownership, and usage guidelines.
• Maintain KPIs and reporting calculations in governance reviews.
• Serve as a data definitions resource for users.
