Job summary

ProMach is seeking a Data Steward to ensure the quality, consistency, and governance of enterprise data assets. This role serves as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams by defining data standards, validating data accuracy, maintaining business metadata, and supporting data governance initiatives.

The Data Steward works closely with business process owners, data engineers, analysts, and application teams to ensure data is reliable, well-documented, and aligned with business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or master data management.
• Experience with business data and reporting processes.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Familiarity with data governance principles and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing data quality assessments to identify inaccuracies and inconsistencies.
• Validate data across reports, dashboards, databases, and source systems.
• Monitor data quality metrics and recommend corrective actions.
• Reconcile data between ERP, CRM, data warehouse, and other enterprise systems.
• Assist in executing periodic data audits and validation exercises.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to support enterprise data governance policies.
