Job summary

ProMach is seeking a Data Steward who will ensure the quality, consistency, and governance of enterprise data assets. You’ll bridge business and technical teams to define data standards, validate accuracy, and document business metadata.

You will collaborate with process owners, data engineers, analysts, and application teams to ensure data is reliable and aligned with business requirements. This role focuses on governance and actionable data insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2–5 years of data analysis, reporting, or master data management experience.
• Experience with ERP platforms (SAP, Dynamics, SyteLine, Oracle) in manufacturing.
• Proficiency with Power BI or Tableau for reporting.
• Knowledge of data governance principles and MD(M) concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Perform data quality assessments to identify inaccuracies and inconsistencies.
• Validate data across reports, dashboards, databases and source systems.
• Monitor data quality metrics and recommend corrective actions.
• Reconcile data between ERP, CRM, data warehouse and other systems.
• Assist in data audits and validation exercises.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enforce enterprise data governance policies.
