Job summary

ProMach is seeking a Data Steward to ensure the quality, consistency, and governance of enterprise data assets. This role bridges business and technical teams to define standards, validate accuracy, and maintain metadata.

You will collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and process owners to keep data reliable, well-documented, and aligned with business requirements. Strong Excel, SQL, and ERP experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years in data analysis, reporting, or master data management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with ERP platforms in manufacturing environments.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Experience with data governance and business data reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing data quality assessments across ERP, CRM, data warehouse and source systems.
• Validate data in reports, dashboards, databases, and source systems.
• Monitor data quality metrics and recommend corrective actions.
• Reconcile data between ERP, CRM, data warehouse and other enterprise systems.
• Assist in data audits and validation exercises.
• Document data lineage, ownership, definitions, and usage guidelines.
• Maintain documentation for KPIs, metrics, and reporting calculations.
• Support governance reviews of critical reports and dashboards.
• Serve as a trusted resource for data-related questions and definitions.
