Job summary

ProMach is seeking a Data Steward to ensure quality, consistency, and governance of enterprise data assets. This role bridges business stakeholders and technical teams by defining data standards, validating data accuracy, maintaining metadata, and supporting governance initiatives.

You will work with business process owners, data engineers, analysts, and application teams to ensure data is reliable and well-documented, aligned with business requirements, and integrated across ERP, CRM, data

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, IT, Data Analytics, Finance, or related field.
2-5 years in data analysis, reporting, or master data management.
Experience with business data and reporting processes.
Advanced Excel skills.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

Perform ongoing data quality assessments to identify inaccuracies and inconsistencies.
Validate data across reports, dashboards, databases, and source systems.
Monitor data quality metrics and recommend corrective actions.
Reconcile data between ERP, CRM, data warehouse, and other enterprise systems.
Assist in executing periodic data audits and validation exercises.
Collaborate with stakeholders to enforce data governance policies.
