Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience.
• Experience in Transportation, Warehouse or related industry preferred.
• Proficient computer skills; intermediate Excel (Count/Sum, data import).

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls to resolve driver, sales rep and customer issues.
• Communicate route updates to drivers.
• Create, update and communicate reports and files using MS Excel and transportation systems.
• Review and file Trailer Temp Logs daily.
• Prepare and verify data for transportation metrics and reports.
