Job summary

US Foods is seeking a Transportation Coordinator in Boca Raton, FL to support transportation and logistics operations. The role involves clerical tasks, data collection, and report preparation, with a base pay around $26 per hour.

You will work with drivers, sales reps, and customers, analyze reports, and maintain logs and metrics using Omnitracs, Tandem, Kronos, and Excel in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years administrative support experience required.
• Experience in Transportation, Warehouse or related industry preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT Hours of Service Regulations a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls to resolve driver, sales representative and customer issues.
• Communicate route updates to drivers and coordinate with transportation teams.
• Create and update reports and basic charts/spreadsheets using Excel and transportation software.
