Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Regional HR Business Partner for Rural, Super Rural (RSR) in the South Atlantic region. You will provide HR generalist support to hourly employees and business leaders, focusing on talent management, employee engagement, and operational excellence onsite at a facility.

You will partner with leaders to deliver HR initiatives, use data-driven insights, and may lead entry-level HR staff. Travel is 50% to support partners across the subregion while onsite when not traveling.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting or leading employee-focused HR processes (onboarding, benefits, investigations, training, or talent management).
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of HR experience or equivalent in operations, retail, distribution, or similar.
