Job summary

Employbridge is seeking a motivated Staff Performance Coordinator to join our team in Charleston, SC. You will act as the first point of contact for vendors and client contacts regarding employee issues and help set expectations and guidelines.

This role involves coaching associates, handling onboarding documents, payroll processes, attendance tracking, and contributing to safety and operational meetings. A background in HR or customer service is preferred; strong data skills with CRM/Power BI

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for vendors and client contacts for all employee issues
• Educates client on guidelines and sets expectations for the handling of any employee issues
• Ensures all employee issues are handled appropriately and in a timely fashion
• Coordinates resolution of the workforce issues with vendors and client partners
• Collects and reviews onboarding documents for each employee prior to start
• Runs reports and uses data to identify workforce challenges (CRM, Power BI, time/attendance software)
• Participates in client meetings about safety and operations and documents safety incidents
• Coaches associates on attendance policies, conducts ABC performance reviews, assigns and ends assignments
• Processes payroll and tracks attendance, wage, and hour compliance
• Walks candidates through tour of client facility
• Participates in whiteboard meetings to understand daily order fill goals
• Conducts onboarding, I-9s, and background checks
• Hands-on experience in a logistics or manufacturing environment
• Experience in a customer service role responsible for client communication
• Familiarity with a heavy process-oriented environment
• Able to multi-task and change priorities in a high-pressure environment
• Able to understand client goals and how they measure success
• Able to work independently and with a team
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
