Qualifications

• Experience with scheduling, dispatching, or administrative support.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel, and experience using other Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Teams, etc.)
• Must be professional, prompt, and punctual over the phone and on virtual calls.
• Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to retrieve and manage data from multiple systems and databases.
• Experience updating and maintaining tracking spreadsheets and records.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities within a fast paced environment.
• Experience with Oracle, ServiceMax, or similar systems.
• Previous field service or technician scheduling experience.
• Experience supporting operations, logistics, or service teams.
• Ability to resolve scheduling conflicts and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
• NV Gaming License
