Inspire Medical Systems is seeking a Sales Enablement Analyst to translate data into actionable insights that support national sales enablement strategy and field execution. You will work with the Director of Sales Enablement and Advisors to understand market performance, prioritize activities, and deliver data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Preferred certifications or advanced training in Microsoft Office, Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics, data visualization, analytics, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of experience in sales reporting and analytics, sales operations, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• Demonstrated proficiency with data visualization applications such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights for leadership and field stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary analytical partner to Sales Enablement Advisors.
