Job summary

Inspire Medical Systems is seeking a Sales Enablement Analyst to translate data into actionable insights and support national sales initiatives. You will partner with the Director of Sales Enablement and Advisors to drive market-based decisions through robust BI tooling and reporting.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in sales analytics, strong Excel/Power BI skills, and a proven ability to communicate insights to leadership and field teams. This role is based in the U.S. with nationwide scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Preferred certifications in Power BI, Dynamics, data visualization, analytics.

Responsibilities

• Design tools, analyses, reporting to support national priorities.
• Serve as primary analytical partner to Sales Enablement Advisors.
• Translate data into actionable insights for leadership and field.
• Create dashboards and reporting to monitor performance and trends.
• Identify market opportunities and priorities across markets.
• Support leadership requests and cross-functional analytics initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations and Growth Operations to align data and priorities.
• Provide data-driven updates for leadership reviews and strategic plans.
