Job summary

ActionLink in the United States is seeking a Sales Enablement and Insights Analyst to translate data into actionable insights, build Power BI dashboards, and create client-ready materials that advance sales opportunities.

You will partner with sales and operations to deliver analytics, research studies, and AI-assisted tooling, driving readiness and performance while communicating complex concepts clearly to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint and data visualization tools.
• Experience translating data into business insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales, operational, customer, and field data to identify trends and risks.
• Create dashboards, reports, scorecards, and visualizations for executives.
• Develop data-driven resources to improve sales readiness and opportunities.
• Lead client-facing presentations and stakeholder discussions with clarity.
