Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety Specialist to lead safety initiatives at our Middletown site. You will drive data-based safety programs, conduct audits, investigations, and risk assessments while delivering engaging training and fostering a proactive safety culture.

You will act as an advocate for associates, building cross-functional partnerships and translating safety data into persuasive narratives to drive engagement and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year in EHS field or 6 months in Amazon safety role or Bachelor’s degree in EHS field.
• Knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1910 regulations.
• Experience using Word and Excel professionally.
• Maintain confidentiality in workplace matters.
