Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year in an EHS-related field OR a bachelor’s degree in an EHS-related background OR 6 months of safety-related experience at Amazon.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations specifically 29 CFR 1910.
• Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel in a professional capacity.
• Experience maintaining confidentiality in matters involving security and/or personal issues in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Drive comprehensive safety programs through data-driven strategies and lead daily safety audits.
• Conduct incident investigations and risk assessments to prevent injuries.
• Deliver engaging safety training to associates and promote a proactive safety culture.
• Advocate for associate wellbeing and build partnerships across the organization.
• Translate safety data into actionable narratives that influence safety initiatives.
