Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety Specialist to drive safety program excellence and associate advocacy across the site. You will lead audits, investigations, and training to embed a proactive safety culture that protects employees and enhances productivity.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and analytical skills, with knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1910. A Bachelor’s in safety or related field is preferred, alongside relevant Amazon experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in safety-related field or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year in an Environmental Health & Safety role or related Amazon experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations, especially 29 CFR 1910, and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety programs and audits with data-driven strategies to prevent injuries.
• Advise associates and leadership, promoting a proactive safety culture and clear communications.
• Support emergency response and safety initiatives, including incident investigations and risk assessments.
