Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety Specialist to lead safety programs at itsLevittown site. You will perform audits, investigations and risk assessments while delivering training to associates to foster a proactive safety culture.

As the site safety champion, you’ll partner with leadership to embed best practices, manage emergencies, and ensure compliance with OSHA standards and internal safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of EHS experience OR a BA/BS in an EHS field; 6 months at Amazon counts.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations 29 CFR 1910.
• Experience using Word and Excel in a professional capacity.
• Experience maintaining confidentiality in workplace matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety audits, incident investigations and risk assessments.
• Deliver engaging safety training to associates.
• Advocate for safety, coaching and cross‑functional collaboration to drive improvements.
• Translate safety data into actionable insights for leadership.
