New Horizons of the Treasure Coast, Inc. is seeking an Outpatient Support & Data Lead to coordinate outpatient operations, mentor administrative staff, and turn operational data into actionable insights.

You will balance compassionate service with efficient workflows, ensuring data integrity in the EHR and smooth scheduling.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of supervisory experience.
• Must pass Level 2 Background through DCF and AHCA Clearinghouse.
• Associate degree or five years of experience preferred.
• Experience with EHR and healthcare workflows is a plus.
• Knowledge of billing and collections processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative direction and supervise support staff.
• Oversee day-to-day office operations.
• Prepare administrative reports and manage projects.
• Maintain data integrity of the EHR system.
• Oversee scheduling and client demographics.
• Provide backup for front desk, intake, insurances.
• Support other duties as requested.
• Apply Therapeutic CPI/CARE techniques.
