Job summary

New Horizons of the Treasure Coast and Okeechobee is seeking an Outpatient Support & Data Lead to coordinate outpatient operations, mentor administrative staff, and transform operational data into actionable insights.

The role balances compassionate service with efficient workflow to support patients and the care team. Strong leadership, data management, and EHR proficiency are essential for improving processes and service quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of supervisory experience recommended.
• Must pass Level 2 Background through DCF and AHCA Clearinghouse.
• Preferred: Associate's degree or five years of experience.
• Knowledge of billing and collection processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative direction, leadership, and supervision of support staff.
• Conduct Employee Performance Management Activities.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the office support functions.
• Prepare a wide variety of administrative reports and perform special projects as requested.
• Ensure and maintain the data integrity of the EHR system.
• Oversee scheduling reconciliation and client demographics.
• Provide and perform back up in all support staff areas as time permits.
• Perform other duties as requested.
• Apply Therapeutic Effective Aggression Management (CPI/CARE) Techniques without limitations.
